Please join us Wednesday, November 8 from 9-10:30am in the Tillman Dining Room at A-B Tech for our AIR Annual Membership Meeting. Not only will we have a culture panel discussing employee retention and benefits, we’ll vote on potential changes to the AIR bylaws and new board member elections. The panel includes: Katie Button (Curate and La Bodega), Kevan Frazier (Well Played), Brad Philpott (Chestnut), Charlotte Stack (Chai Pani) and Jamie Wade (Sandhill Kitchen).
It’s very important to have as many members as possible at this meeting, plus it’s a great time to network and visit with fellow members. Please register here.
Members in the Downtown Area: The Asheville Area Chamber of Commerce is exploring the feasibility of a Business Improvement District (BID) for the Downtown Asheville area. They have a survey open for downtown stakeholders to provide input. Please take a few minutes to complete the survey by Nov. 12.
Employee Assistance Network – We have partnered with EAN to provide mental and behavioral health benefits to your employees. We’re getting close, so if you’re planning on offering this important benefit to your staff, please reach out to EAN as soon as possible (you can use this form or email them at ean@eannc.com).
