Financial Empowerment Pilot Program for Restaurant Employees

Applications for our first cohort are now closed. Stay tuned for info on our next session beginning in August.

Introducing the Financial Empowerment Pilot Program (FEPP) from the Asheville Independent Restaurant Association (AIR). We’re not just talking about saving pennies; we’re talking about unlocking the secrets to financial success! Led by experienced financial coaches, Annice Brown and Jane Hatley, this 6-month program is not your average finance class.

And to sweeten the deal, you’ll get a 2:1 match on your savings at the end of the program, so if you save $500, you’ll get an additional $1,000 (**$1,000 is the maximum savings match).
