AIR restaurant members in good standing will vote on potential bylaws changes, as well as board of directors members for 2024 at AIR’s Annual Membership Meeting on Wednesday, November 8 from 9-10:30am in the Tillman Dining Room at A-B Tech.
The meeting will feature a Culture Panel regarding retaining employees, including advanced scheduling, paid time off, sick leave, and establishing a channel for employees to voice their concerns. Our panelists include: Katie Button (Katie Button Restaurants), Kevan Frazier (Well-Played Board Game Cafe), Brad Philpott (Chestnut), Charlotte Stack (Chai Pani Restaurant Group), and Jamie Wade (Sandhill Kitchen). The conversation will be moderated by Sabrina Presnell Rockoff, Managing Partner at McGuire, Wood & Bissette. RSVP to attend the meeting in person here.
PROXY VOTE INFORMATION
Members unable to attend the meeting may vote by proxy. Voting by proxy means that you assign your vote to either the current AIR board of directors or a fellow AIR restaurant member who will be in attendance at the Annual Meeting. The board or your named proxy then submits your vote on your behalf.
