Asheville Food Safety

Food Safety Training, primarily through ServSafe programs, but also I am accredited through Always Food Safe as the alternative training program. I’ve worked directly with over half of AIR restaurant members, and have been working with AIR to teach the bi-monthly food safety training classes for members. I look to strengthen and broaden that relationship as well as become a strong partner to help members with their food and alcohol safety questions and training needs.
