What You’ll Do

• Cook and prepare food on the flat top and grill
• Assemble and garnish tacos while maintaining quality and consistency
• Assist with daily food prep
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation
• Follow recipes and portion standards
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly
• Help create a positive, team-oriented work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Kitchen or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
• Ability to multitask while staying organized under pressure
• Basic communication, reading, and writing skills in English
• Spanish language skills are a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
