All Day Darling is looking for reliable, motivated Line Cooks to join our kitchen team.

We are looking for people who care about good food, work cleanly and efficiently, communicate well, and take pride in being part of a strong team. This is a hands-on hourly position in a busy neighborhood restaurant with clear recipes, systems, and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
• Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked station
• Complete prep accurately and efficiently
• Follow portioning, plating, labeling, and food-storage standards
• Maintain food quality and consistency throughout service
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, and allergen procedures
• Communicate clearly with other cooks, BOH leadership, and FOH staff
• Help with opening, closing, cleaning, and restocking duties
• Receive feedback professionally and make corrections when needed
• Support teammates and step in where needed during busy service

What We’re Looking For

• Previous restaurant kitchen experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions consistently
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stay calm and productive during busy periods
• Availability for weekends and holidays as needed
