We are seeking an enthusiastic and versatile individual to join our front-of-house team in a multi-faceted role. This position will encompass responsibilities across hostessing, bartending, and server assisting, providing a dynamic and engaging work environment.

The ideal candidate will be friendly, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting. You will be crucial in ensuring our guests have a positive and memorable experience from the moment they walk in until they leave.

Responsibilities may include:

• Warmly greeting and seating guests, managing the waitlist efficiently.
• Taking beverage orders, preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks accurately and responsibly.
• Assisting servers with table maintenance, bussing tables, and running food.
• Maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area.
• Answering phone calls and taking reservations.
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing guest inquiries.
• Collaborating effectively with the kitchen and other team members.
• Potentially assisting with light opening or closing duties.

Schedule:

Say goodbye to early mornings and late nights! Our predictable schedule is Tuesday – Saturday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. We also understand the importance of work-life balance and offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right motivated individual.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift and carry trays and objects up to 15lbs.
• Basic knowledge of bar operations is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
