We do offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. Submit all refund requests in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be assured that your item(s) will be shipped in a timely manner and we will determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. All AIR Passport orders will include a $2.50 shipping and handling fee to be paid at the time of purchase.
