Led by chef and owner Hector Diaz, Modesto features a farm to table approach to an upscale wood-fired Italian kitchen, with the majority of our produce, even the wood,
coming from our own personal farm, Salsa’s Farm 44. The menu changes twice a day and includes a variety of fresh seafood, fine meats, and housemade pastas, breads, and dough Pizza.
