Bargello®, owned and operated by local restaurateurs Peter and Martha Pollay, is named after the 17th century Florentine needlepoint style. The intricacy of this stitch embodies Peter and Martha’s style of weaving together their love for community, cuisine, and hospitality to create the ultimate casual fine dining experience.
Bargello’s culinary team draws their inspiration from the flavors you experience when traveling along the Mediterranean coastline. Seasonal and locally sourced dishes include fresh hand-rolled pasta, house-made bread, and innovative cuisine from Chef De Cuisine Tyler Slade and Executive Chef Jordan Arace. Bargello’s menu changes often to reflect the local produce available in Western North Carolina.
Bargello is open seven days a week offering breakfast, dinner and, brunch on the weekends. Bargello occupies the northeast corner of Kimpton Hotel Arras along Broadway Avenue.
