Welcome to Woodfire! We are the new restaurant at Holiday Inn Biltmore East.
We source all our beef from Hickory Nut Gap farms. Our steaks and chops are expertly seasoned and seared on our wood-fired grill. Local, seasonal vegetables are used when available. Make sure to try our local mountain trout. We have all local breweries on tap, several wines, craft cocktails and plenty of bourbon to choose. Join us for a delicious dining experience.
