Zambra: Line Cook
Back of House (BOH)

ZAMBRA RESTAURANT Asheville’s original Tapas restaurant located in the heart of downtown. We are a high-volume restaurant that has been evolving for over 20 years. We are looking for a strong line cook to add to our team. Qualifications are as follows:

  • At least 1 year of experience in the F&B industry
  • Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
  • Punctuality and a sense of professionalism
  • Basic knife skills
  • The knowledge and attitude to work multiple stations
  • Passion for food
  • Take pride in the food you produce
  • Integrity, honesty, accountability

Job Functions:

  • Daily prep of your station
  • Able to work four 10 hour shifts a week with weekend availability
  • Managing your own prep list and complete in a timely manner
  • Executing tickets in a fast-paced environment efficiently
  • Plating of dishes with care and finesse
  • Maintaining a clean and organized station

Restaurant Discounts, Shift Meal.

Compensation $18 plus Tip share (Kitchen receives their own tips from guests via credit card payment which are distributed on each paycheck.) Average $3 per hour
