This role is in development. Its responsibilities may expand. At the moment, they are as follows:

• Maintain a positive work environment even when completely slammed.
• Oversee opening and/or closing procedures.
• Uphold standards set by upper management in their absence.
• Ensure official procedures and processes are followed at all times by staff.
• Resolve customer concerns or pass them to upper management as necessary.
• Facilitate breaks according to company standards.
• Track assigned inventory.
• Train new hires on standard procedures within your primary department.
• Receive deliveries.
• Learn and be able to handle all positions (bartender, cook, server) as needed.
• Report to upper management.
• Get your hands dirty.
• Weekend availability is required.

Pay: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 32.0 per week
