The Bier Garden in Asheville, NC is looking for hosts/serving assistants to join our team. We are located on 46 Haywood St.. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, positive, and hard-working.

This is a part time position approx. 15 – 20 hours a week, mostly weekends, very flexible scheduling. We are looking for weekends and some weekday evening night help.

Responsibilities

*Organizing sections and rotation lists for servers

*Bussing tables and helping servers in support roles

*Greeting customers and making them feel welcome

*Expediting and running food *Estimating wait time for guests

Qualifications

*Friendly and outgoing personality

*Ability to listen and communicate effectively

*Strong organizational and motivational skills
