Important Responsibilities:
Maintaining excellent standards in food safety and sanitation
Ensuring food quality and consistency
Responsible in financial planning and profit orientation
Cares for and continually strives for professional development and training

Demonstrated ability to communicate, delegate and train personnel
Have knowledge of high volume restaurant operations, ingredients and cooking technique
Minimum of 3 years kitchen leadership experience
Stamina to work 45 to 55 hours per week

Salary: $40,000 – $50,000
Bonus Compensation: Participation in all-team Gainshare and Manager’s Performance Bonus program
Medical benefits (following first 90 days of full time employment)
PTO accrual begins after 90 days in a full time (30+ hrs per week) MOD role
Comped shift meal
