Pack’s Tavern, a busy, family-owned restaurant in downtown Asheville, is looking for part-time team members to fill a hybrid Host/Server Assistant role. You’ll split your time between greeting guests and supporting servers to keep service running smoothly.

What we offer:

• Competitive pay – starting at $10/hr + tips (average $18–$20/hr with tip share)
• 3–4 shifts per week minimum, including nights and weekends

What you’ll do:

As a Host:

• Greet guests warmly and manage the waitlist
• Answer basic questions about the menu and the restaurant
• Help seat guests quickly and efficiently

As a Server Assistant:

• Run food and drinks to tables
• Clear and reset tables between guests
• Support servers to ensure smooth, timely service

What we’re looking for:

• Friendly and welcoming personality
• Able to stay organized and calm during busy shifts
• Comfortable on your feet for the entire shift
• Team player with good communication skills
