As the Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to efficiently manage day-to-day management functions while delivering outstanding hospitality and service. Key responsibilities will include:

Assisting with hiring, training, and development of team members

Managing the guest experience to ensure a consistent level of excellence

Overseeing order and receiving of products

Overseeing the quality and expediency of food and beverages

Maintaining safety, sanitation, and general maintenance

Assisting with guest relations


Education and Experience Qualifications Needed:

Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree

2+ years of restaurant management experience

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook 365 and Excel

A passion for food, beverage and hospitality is required.

Excellent hospitality skills and an ability to maintain high energy levels with poise and warmth in a high volume, fast paced environment

Strong leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage staff

A high level of personal integrity, professionalism, and maturity

Proven problem-solving abilities

Excellent math, reading, writing and communication skills
