Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Floor Manager to join our team. As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a smooth workflow. Your leadership skills and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our restaurant.

– Manage and supervise the floor staff, including servers, hosts, and bussers
– Ensure that all staff members adhere to company policies and procedures
– Train new employees on service standards, menu items, and POS system operation
– Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup
– Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and delivery
– Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
– Maintain inventory of supplies and place orders as needed
– Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving service quality and efficiency
– Assist with banquet setup and execution as required

– Previous experience in shift management or restaurant management is required
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
– Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
– Knowledge of kitchen management procedures and food safety regulations
– Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently
– Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
– Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.53 – $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
