Bartender – Fine Dining Restaurant

Location: Downtown Asheville, NC

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Bartender to join our fine dining team in Downtown Asheville.

This position is for someone who sees bartending as more than simply making drinks. We are looking for a bartender with a strong understanding of mixology, flavor balance, presentation, and hospitality — someone creative, artistic, detail-oriented, and passionate about their craft.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong bartending experience, preferably in a fine dining, upscale restaurant, craft cocktail bar, or high-end hospitality environment
• Excellent knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and modern mixology techniques
• Ability to create original, balanced, and visually impressive cocktails
• Strong sense of presentation and attention to detail
• Creative mindset and genuine interest in developing new drinks and cocktail concepts
• Ability to consistently reproduce cocktails to a high standard
• Excellent guest service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to work efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of bar setup, preparation, cleanliness, inventory, and proper handling of ingredients

The Ideal Candidate

We want someone who is technically strong but also an artist behind the bar — someone who understands that the glassware, garnish, aroma, texture, flavor, and presentation are all part of the guest experience.

You should be comfortable bringing your own ideas to the table and collaborating with our team to create a high-level cocktail program that complements a fine dining experience.
