Assistant FOH Manager at Creekside Taphouse
We are looking for YOU! Come be a part of a fast-paced, FUN full-service Restaurant in one of Asheville’s favorite communities, Haw Creek. We are looking to hire a hard working, self motivated, high energy individual to hire as our new Assistant Front of House Manager for Creekside Taphouse.

This position requires creativity daily, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain the highest level of standards. Our Front of House Manager must work well under pressure, have amazing organizational skills as well as have flexibility while being reliable and willing to work 30 hours per week.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage overall operations under the guidance of the Owner/General Manager/FOH Manager

Purchasing, inventory control, budgeting, maintaining costs, controlling labor, scheduling and safety & sanitization

Prioritize completing tasks

Ensure Service and Culinary Excellence

Ensure excellent guest experience

Ensure excellence in our Bar Program

Qualifications & Skills

At least one year of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast paced, full-service environment.

Stress management/composure

Proven leadership and time management skills

Expert in proper food handling techniques and procedures

Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills

Proficient in Google Drive

Job Type- Full Time

Pay – Will discuss based on experience, plus Bonus potential
