Roles & Responsibilities
Manage overall operations under the guidance of the Owner/General Manager/FOH Manager
Purchasing, inventory control, budgeting, maintaining costs, controlling labor, scheduling and safety & sanitization
Prioritize completing tasks
Ensure Service and Culinary Excellence
Ensure excellent guest experience
Ensure excellence in our Bar Program
Qualifications & Skills
At least one year of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast paced, full-service environment.
Stress management/composure
Proven leadership and time management skills
Expert in proper food handling techniques and procedures
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
Proficient in Google Drive
