Back of House (BOH)
POSANA RESTAURANT (www.posanarestaurant.com) located in Asheville on Historic Pack Square is a busy, high-volume restaurant, serving dinner 5 nights a week.
We are looking for qualified line cooks that fit into the following criteria:
  • At least 1 year of experience in the F&B industry
  • Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
  • Punctuality and a sense of professionalism
  • Basic knife skills
  • The knowledge and attitude to work multiple stations
  • Passion for food, cooking, pretty plates, and learning our style of food
  • A motivated individual who prides themselves in their job and career
  • Ability to handle a physical job that includes daily use of stairs multiple times
Essential Job Functions:
  • Daily prep of your station
  • Managing your own prep list and communicating needs with the chefs in the kitchen
  • Executing tickets in a fart-paced environment efficiently
  • Plating of dishes in accordance with chefs
  • Maintaining a clean and organized station
  • Follow instructions and affirm with callbacks to the chefs
What you can expect from us:
  • Feed back daily from chefs on the accuracy of dishes and recipes
  • Training on multiple stations
  • Quarterly one on ones

Compensation: Determined based on experience
