Taste of Asheville, Performance Foodservice, is AIR’s annual signature event and the can’t-miss culinary celebration of the year. Taste of Asheville showcases more than 50 restaurant members and craft beverage makers. The 2025 event is even more special, a celebration of the generosity and resilience of our restaurant community as we continue our recovery from Hurricane Helene’s impacts. 

Taste of Asheville 2025 is Thursday, April 3 in the Mission Conference Center on the campus of AB Tech. Sponsor/VIP Hour begins at 5:30pm, with general admission from 6:30-8:30pm.
