ServSafe Food Safety Training, August 4

Joe Alexander with Asheville Food Safety has 18 years experience, including as a health inspector in NC, as well as 10 years managing and restaurant ownership, giving a unique understanding of all aspects.Joe’s focus is to bring a greater understanding of not just what we need/must do for food safety, but WHY it’s required or recommended.

Included: handouts of the presentation to take home, class instruction, exam prep, exam voucher and proctoring, same day certificate. Cost is $106.17 for AIR members and $137.68 for Non AIR members.  Retest if needed is $40.

Training is held in-person at AIR from 12:00 – 4:00 pm.  AIR is located at Explore Asheville at 27 College Place, Asheville, NC 28801.  The training will be held in the French Broad River Conference Room which is on the ground floor of the Explore Asheville building within the PGA Biltmore Championship Suite.

Please bring a laptop or tablet to take the test.
