Join White Labs research and development chef Bert Sheffield in our spacious biergarten for a clever and inviting summer-inspired menu.
Guests will be greeted with a welcome cocktail and an introduction to our team of culinary and beer experts. Guests will have the opportunity to observe the chef prepare each course and offer any insight on techniques, flavor profiles, and inspirations. Each course is playfully paired with a fermented beverage (beer, wine, spirits) by our own Tyler Yorski.
