In addition to introducing Cúrate Blanca to our diners, Highland President/CEO and family owner, Leah Ashburn, will be in attendance to highlight “Highland Haze”, a hazy IPA that gives back as part of the brewery’s Thirst for Goodcampaign benefitting the NC Hospitality Workers Relief Fund.
Diners will have the opportunity to enjoy Highland Haze as part of our pairings for the evening.
In the aftermath of Helene, Highland has been an essential contributor to relief efforts, supporting WNC and beyond through community organizing, volunteer work and supply chain logistics. It is an honor to be joined by their team to help further their campaign to provide relief to our hospitality family.
